CITIZENS FLOAT TRIAL BALLOONS 100m HIGH
A visual anaylsis of the proposed Videotron tower project
Visual impact experiment 2009/07/10.
Helium-filled balloons float on a 300' (91.4m) string, near the proposed
tower site. Estimated total vertical height of string is 250' (76m)
due to wind and slope of string.
The photomontages below use an image of a typical tower scaled in reference to the
photographed balloon height and location, compensating for the slope of the string.
Note that according to a recent
official Frelighsburg bulletin, the tower height is actually supposed to be greater: 100m, or 328 feet.
