Deux élèves
de 3ième année de l’École
St-François d’Assise contribuent à leurs façons afin
de venir en aide aux enfants d’Haiti. Avec l’aide de
l’organisation caritative, Aidez Haiti maintenant, Jamy Lesage et
Momo Pen de Dunham ont mis sur pied un programme de correspondance qui vise
à acheminer du matériel d’écriture incluant noms,
adresses et photos de sorte que les enfants d’Haiti puissent correspondre
avec les enfants d’ici en français et en anglais.

Two 3rd graders at St. Francois d'Assise are doing their part in helping
with the devastation in Haiti . With the help of the non-profit organization,
Help Haiti Now, Jamy Lesage and Momo Pen of Dunham , Quebec have established a pen-pal system.
Through Help Haiti Now, writing materials along with names, addresses and photos
will be sent to children in Haiti so that they can correspond with children here
in Canada . French, as well as English, is a common language shared by both countries.
Through Jamy and Momošs efforts, children will correspond with each other sharing
information about their respective countries, their lives, their schools and their families.
